How we look after your information.

This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects when you contact us, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep it simple because that is how we would want it explained to us.
What we collect
- Contact details — your name and phone number when you fill in the booking form, message us on WhatsApp, or email us.
- Your message — whatever you choose to tell us about your condition or what you need help with.
- Medical files you choose to attach — a report, MRI, or X-ray uploaded through the form. Attaching a file is always optional.
The website itself does not use advertising trackers and does not sell or share your information with advertisers.
How we use it
Only to care for you: to reply to your enquiry, arrange your appointment, and prepare for your visit. Medical files you send are reviewed by Abdulkhaliq to understand your condition before you arrive — nothing more.
Where it is stored
Messages sent through the booking form (including attachments) are delivered through our website hosting provider's secure form service and then handled by the clinic. Messages sent by WhatsApp or email stay within those services, protected by their own security.
Who can see it
Only Abdulkhaliq and, where needed, clinic staff involved in your care. We never sell your information, and we never share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to arrange and support your care. If you do not become a patient, you can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you have the right to:
- ask what information we hold about you,
- ask us to correct anything that is wrong,
- ask us to delete your information, and
- withdraw your consent at any time.
